  • A HIGH BUILD , HIGH FLOW POWDER UNDERCOAT IS APPLIED WHILST THE WHEEL IS HOT, THIS FILLS IN MINOR ABRASIONS AND CUTS.
  • AFTER ALLOWING TO COOL TO 80*C A COLOUR IS APPLIED.
  • AN ACRYLIC POWDER LAQUER IS NOW APPLIED AND THE WHEEL IS RETURNED TO THE OVEN TO BAKE AT 200*C FOR THE LAQUER TO CURE.
  • AFTER COOLING A NEW VALVE IS FITTED AND THE TYRES ARE REPLACED OR REFITTED.
  • THE WHEEL IS NOW RE-BALANCED AND UNDERGOES A FINAL EXAMINATION.
